With over 35 years of teaching experience in primary education, Mr. Aditya Kumar is a dedicated senior educator known for his child-centered teaching approach. He has served at the prestigious St. Francis School, Lucknow, where he helped shape strong academic and STEM foundations amongst high school learners. His expertise spans innovative classroom practices, curriculum support, and mentoring fellow teachers. Widely respected by students and colleagues, he continues to inspire through his commitment and dedication to early childhood education. He currently serves as the mentor of the Busy baybeez Playgroup School.
Ms. Seema (Chief Mentor & Manager)
With nearly 30 years of experience in primary education, Mrs. Seema is a dedicated senior teacher known for her child-centered and nurturing approach. She has played a key role in creating enriching learning environments to ensure that strong foundational education remains joyful, accessible, and development-focused for every child.
Her expertise includes early literacy, value-based learning, and fostering emotional growth in young children. Admired by students, parents, and colleagues, she continues to inspire through her commitment to holistic early education for kids.
Dr. Aishwarya Gupta (Early Childhood Educator & Child Linguist)
Dr. Aishwarya Gupta is an educator and a linguist specializing in early childhood education. A former Fulbright Adjunct Faculty at Michigan State University, USA with a Ph.D., she brings extensive expertise in multilingual education, state-of-the-art curriculum child-centered pedagogy while contributing to cross-cultural teaching, inclusive and research-driven learning environments. She also serves as the United Nations Youth Speaker, was selected as an UNCTAD Youth Leader and also participated in global dialogues at Harvard HPAIR, representing youth in global education and sustainable development forums for 2030 Agenda. As an active member of the Linguistic Society of India, Dr. Gupta also works as an academic mentor, dedicated to empowering young learners and graduate scholars.
Mr. Arjun Kumar (Extra Curricular Coordinator & Manager)
Mr. Arjun Kumar brings nearly eight years of specialized experience in educational marketing and branding, working to enhance the visibility and growth of learning institutions. An MBA graduate from Amity University, he combines strategic insight with creative communication to build strong school–parent engagement. At Busy Baybeez Playgroup School, he contributes significantly to shaping the school’s brand identity, strengthening outreach, and supporting its mission of joyful and meaningful early childhood education.
